From New England:

From Boston MA, take the Mass Turnpike to 84 West. Follow Rt 84 to Exit 39, (Farmington Rt. 4 exit). Continue straight onto Route 4. Continue on Route 4 (approximately 17.6 miles) all the way to the new B.I.N. office. Route 4 will not always continue straight, please watch for signs. From the intersection of Route 4 and Route 118, it is only 2.6 miles to the new office (915 New Harwinton Road) which is on your right.

From Hartford airport:

Take Route 20 west to Route 219 (which is on your left off of Route 20) and follow Route 219 all the way to the end. At the end of Route 219 you will come to Route 202. You will take a right onto Route 202 and follow Route 202 until you get to the intersection with Route 183 (Walmart plaza). At the intersection with Route 183, you will take a left onto Route 183 and follow that until you get to the intersection with Route 4/New Harwinton Road. At the Route 4 intersection take a right and the new office (915 New Harwinton Road) is the first office building on the right. (2/10ths of a mile)

Alternate Route from Hartford Airport:

Take 91 South to Rt 84 West and follow New England directions from above from that point on.
